Sandene Strategies’ perspective on abundance is derived from the description of a growth mindset found in Carol Dweck’s book, Mindset (2006).
Once our founder connected the dots of a growth mindset and abundance to our business, it opened up a whole new world of opportunities. Others in the financial services industry were no longer seen as competitors. They became potential collaborators we could work with to “grow the pie” of opportunities and create better, more comprehensive solutions for our clients.
